You should have the knowledge of following topics of C programming to understand the example.

The LCM of two-integers n1 and n2 is the smallest positive integer, completely divisible by both n1 and n2 (without a remainder). For instance: The 72 and 120 LCM is 360.

The integers entered by the user in this program are stored in the variable n1 and n2 respectively.

The greatest number between n1 and n2 is placed in min. The two number LCM can't be less than min.

In this example, for while loop test expression is always true. Here we set 1 as while text expression but you can use true inplace of 1 as test expression.

Whether min is perfectly divisible by both n1 and n2 is verified in each iteration.

if (min % n1 == 0 && min % n2 == 0) { � }

If this test condition is not valid, min will be incremented by 1 and the iteration will continue until the if statement expression is correct.

Two-number LCM can also be found using the formula:

LCM = (num1*num2)/GCD
